The Role This is a client-facing Account Manager position leading day-to-day relationships, event delivery, and partnership execution for a flagship account within the Formula 1 space.
You’ll manage programmes end-to-end - from planning and client comms through to on-site delivery - while identifying opportunities to elevate the experience and grow the account. International race travel is a core part of the role. What You’ll Do Own day-to-day client relationships and communications Deliver VIP hospitality programmes across the race season Manage guest experience (travel, accommodation, events, comms) Oversee partnership rights delivery and activation Lead on-site event delivery as the client-facing lead Manage suppliers, timelines, and budgets (£100k+) Produce post-event reporting and insights Identify opportunities to enhance programmes and drive account growth What You’ll Bring 4+ years’ experience in sports/motorsport Strong knowledge of: Formula 1, Formula E, FIA World Endurance Championship Proven client servicing and event delivery experience Strong organisational and budget management skills Confident communicator, calm under pressure Detail-driven, proactive, and solutions-focused Comfortable in high-profile, international environments The Details International travel required (race weekends) Hybrid working Fast-paced, high-performance environment Why Join Work on global, high-profile motorsport programmes Be part of a collaborative, ambitious team Deliver exceptional experiences on the world stage
