Job Description
Account Manager – Hospitality Tech Startup On-site/Hybrid (Las Vegas) Our company is building the performance infrastructure for hospitality, helping restaurants and hotels drive measurable improvements in revenue per labor hour, beverage sales, and staff consistency through gamified training and real-time insights. We’re hiring an Account Manager based in Las Vegas to work directly with top hospitality operators on the Strip. This is a highly client-facing role combining on-the-ground restaurant engagement with data-driven performance analysis.
Responsibilities: Visit partner venues and attend pre-shift meetings Build relationships with GMs and frontline staff Drive adoption and usage of our platform Identify operational gaps (upselling, product knowledge, consistency) Analyze engagement and performance data Deliver actionable insights tied to revenue impact Support onboarding and content for new venues Qualifications: Based in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas 1-2+ years in fine dining, ideally as a Beverage or Floor Manager at a restaurant with $10M+ in annual revenue Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset and comfort with data Comfortable using AI Experience rolling out new systems or technology across a multi-unit group General understanding in beverage and category fluency across wine, spirits, and everything in between A hospitality-first mindset with strong communication, follow-up, and client service instincts This role offers direct exposure to top operators and the opportunity to work at the intersection of hospitality, technology, and revenue performance.
