Connected CRM Studio
Job Description
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – CUSTOMER SUCCESS & INSIDE SALES
HubSpot | RevOps | Account Management
About Connected CRM Studio
Connected CRM Studio (A ERP APPS Group Company) helps businesses implement, integrate and maximise the value of HubSpot. We deliver CRM implementation, RevOps consulting, process improvement, automation, data migration, reporting, integrations, training and ongoing managed services.
We are looking for an experienced HubSpot professional who can combine inside sales, account executive and customer success responsibilities. This is a commercially accountable, customer-facing role covering the full customer lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery through solution presentation, deal progression, onboarding, adoption, retention and account growth.
About the Role
You will develop new business, manage selected opportunities and become a trusted advisor to assigned customers. You will work closely with our pre-sales, business solutions and delivery teams to ensure that customer needs are accurately understood, proposed solutions are practical, and promised outcomes are delivered.
This is not a traditional high-volume sales role or a support-only customer success position. It suits someone who understands HubSpot deeply, can confidently discuss business processes and RevOps challenges, and is comfortable owning both revenue and customer outcomes.

Inside Sales, Account management and Pipeline Growth
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through targeted prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, referrals and structured outreach across phone, email and .
- Own a portfolio of prospective and existing customer accounts, maintaining regular engagement, understanding evolving business priorities and documenting clear account growth plans in HubSpot.
- Lead customer success initiatives—including adoption reviews, health checks and business reviews—to improve HubSpot utilisation, customer satisfaction, retention and renewal readiness.
- Identify and progress cross-sell and upsell opportunities across additional HubSpot Hubs, licences, integrations, managed services, training and optimisation services.
- Expand the company’s customer footprint by developing relationships with additional stakeholders, departments, business units and associated entities within each account.
Account Executive and New Business

• Translate business challenges into clear HubSpot use cases and commercially relevant solution recommendations.
• Deliver compelling HubSpot demonstrations, solution presentations and follow-up conversations.
• Coordinate with pre-sales and solution consultants on scope, effort, assumptions, proposals and statements of work.
• Progress opportunities from qualification through proposal, commercial negotiation and closure.
• Maintain accurate deal stages, next steps, close dates, activity records and revenue forecasts in HubSpot.
• Manage partner-assisted opportunities professionally and coordinate with HubSpot and other technology partners where required.
Customer Success and Account Management
• Act as the primary commercial and relationship contact for assigned customers.
• Lead structured handovers from sales to delivery and ensure customer expectations, commitments and success measures are clearly documented.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews and adoption discussions with customer stakeholders.
• Monitor customer health, satisfaction, platform adoption, open risks, dependencies and agreed actions.
• Identify renewal risks early and coordinate appropriate recovery plans.
• Uncover expansion opportunities across HubSpot hubs, licences, integrations, managed services, training and optimisation.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, champions and operational users to support retention, advocacy and long-term account growth.
HubSpot and RevOps Advisory

• Support HubSpot onboarding and optimisation across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub and Operations/Data capabilities.
• Gather requirements and translate them into practical recommendations for objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, lists, forms, dashboards, permissions and integrations.
• Help customers improve funnel visibility, forecasting, conversion, customer lifecycle management and operational efficiency.
• Conduct platform reviews and recommend prioritised RevOps improvement roadmaps.
• Deliver user training, demonstrations, process walkthroughs and adoption support.
• Maintain current knowledge of HubSpot product changes, capabilities and relevant certifications.
Internal Coordination and Governance
• Work closely with pre-sales, business analysts, consultants, developers, delivery managers and offshore teams.
• Prepare clear meeting notes, action registers, customer summaries, requirements and internal handover documentation.
• Escalate delivery risks, scope concerns and customer dissatisfaction promptly.
• Maintain complete and timely records of calls, emails, meetings, tasks, deal activity and account updates in HubSpot.
• Contribute customer and market insights to improve our offers, playbooks, demonstrations and go-to-market approach.
Required Experience and Capabilities
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in a hybrid Account Executive, Customer Success, Account Management, Inside Sales, HubSpot consulting or RevOps role.
• Extensive hands-on HubSpot experience is essential; candidates must be able to discuss and demonstrate practical HubSpot solutions confidently.
• Experience working with Sales Hub and at least two of Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations/Data Hub or HubSpot CRM administration.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B prospecting, discovery, solution selling, pipeline management and opportunity progression.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships, drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.

• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear use cases, recommendations and internal delivery actions.
• Strong presentation, product demonstration, negotiation, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with international customers and distributed delivery teams.
• Strong ownership, follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple prospects, deals and accounts concurrently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
• Current HubSpot certifications across relevant Sales, Marketing, Service, Revenue Operations or software areas.
• Experience working for a HubSpot Solutions Partner, SaaS provider, CRM consultancy or digital transformation business.
• Familiarity with Apollo, Sales Navigator, Make, Aircall or similar sales and integration platforms.
• Experience preparing proposals, statements of work, account plans, customer success plans and quarterly business reviews.

What Success Looks Like
• A consistent pipeline of well-qualified opportunities is created and progressed.
• Discovery, demonstrations, proposals and follow-ups are completed professionally and on time.
• Forecasts and CRM records remain accurate, current and actionable.
• New customers experience a well-managed transition from sale to implementation.
• Assigned customers show strong adoption, satisfaction, retention and measurable business value.
• Renewal risks are identified early, while relevant cross-sell and upsell opportunities are converted.
• Customers view you as a commercially aware HubSpot and RevOps advisor—not simply a salesperson or support contact.
Candidate Profile
You are consultative, commercially driven and genuinely customer-focused. You are comfortable opening a new conversation, running a discovery workshop, demonstrating HubSpot, progressing a commercial opportunity and later leading an account review. You combine sales confidence with operational discipline and take ownership of outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle.
