Drive growth and sales in British Columbia as BD's Territory Manager for Medical Devices. This role focuses on managing relationships with key healthcare professionals while achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base. Reporting to the MDS National Sales Manager, this Vancouver-based Territory Manager will oversee the vascular access and care portfolios.

You'll be responsible for developing strategic business plans, managing product validations, and translating marketing strategies into account-specific plans. Strong relationship-building skills are essential for engaging with decision-makers in hospitals. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Achieve sales targets while managing BD's existing business β€’ Develop a strategic business plan for the territory β€’ Maximize hospital contracts and negotiate product validations β€’ Establish relationships with hospital decision-makers β€’ Manage selling expenses and maintain sales data Requirements: β€’ University degree and 3 years in medical device sales β€’ Knowledge of PHSA and the Canadian Healthcare System β€’ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record β€’ Proficiency in Salesforce.com and complex sales management β€’ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Excel in medical sales by implementing effective strategies and maintaining strong customer relationships across British Columbia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
