Role Description The Learning and Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing learning strategies that enable the performance of fractional executives, internal teams, and client-facing leaders.
This role will conduct needs assessments, analyze performance gaps, and translate business objectives into structured learning roadmaps, curricula, and capability frameworks. Day to day, the manager will design and deploy programs across leadership development, onboarding, role-based skills, and product/solutions education, using modern instructional methodologies and digital learning tools. The role will oversee the creation of learning content, manage learning platforms, coordinate training calendars, and facilitate live workshops, cohorts, and simulations when required.
The manager will also track learning metrics, partner with business stakeholders to measure impact on outcomes, and continuously refine programs to support global, high-performance, outcome-oriented work. Qualifications Strong expertise in Training & Development and Training, including conducting needs analyses, building learning roadmaps, and facilitating high-impact sessions. Proficiency in Learning Management and managing learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS), including enrollment, reporting, and learner experience design.
Hands-on experience in Instructional Design, including structuring curricula, creating digital and blended learning assets, and applying adult learning principles. Demonstrated capability in Leadership Development, including designing and delivering programs for senior leaders and emerging leaders in high-growth environments. Proven experience in an L&D or talent development role (typically 5+ years), preferably in fast-scaling, technology-driven, or consulting/Professional Services contexts.
Ability to translate business and performance objectives into measurable learning outcomes and data-driven program improvements. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Comfort with
