Construction ERP Business Analyst Position

Drive ERP transformation at Hopewell Residential Management as a Business Analyst in Calgary, Alberta. Spearhead process improvements, support requirements gathering, and oversee post-go-live ERP ownership. In this full-time role, you will lead the implementation of a new construction ERP system, replacing an outdated framework.

Your insight will ensure that key business processes are efficiently documented and improved while supporting functional leaders in the validation and design phases of the project. This position requires a strong understanding of construction workflows and financial controls, emphasizing documentation accuracy from start to finish.
