Assistant Nurse Manager

Methodist Health System is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Emergency Department in Healthcare & Medical Services. This role supports the Nurse Manager in overseeing daily ED operations, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. The Assistant Nurse Manager coordinates staffing, mentors RNs, supports performance improvement, and promotes evidence-based practice.
