Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Personal Manager. The Personal Manager will oversee and coordinate a variety of personal and professional tasks, including managing schedules, organizing personal and office documentation, liaising with external service providers, and ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations. Additional responsibilities may include handling travel arrangements, managing emails, tracking expenses, and overseeing special projects as needed.

Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills to manage schedules, tasks, and priorities effectively Proficiency in documentation, filing, and digital tools to manage personal and office records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with service providers and clients Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate logistics, and handle travel arrangements efficiently Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day activities Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a remote environment Experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in administrative or management roles is preferred
