Job Title: SAP S/4HANA EHS Functional Consultant Experience: 10 + Years Location: India Work Mode: Remote Job Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EHS Functional Consultant to support a strategic TIBCO Retirement and Compliance Migration project . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the migration of legacy EHS and compliance processes into the SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring seamless business continuity, regulatory compliance, and process optimization. This role requires close collaboration with technical, functional, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end functional activities for SAP S/4HANA EHS during migration and system retirement initiatives Analyze existing EHS business processes and map them into SAP S/4HANA EHS solutions Work closely with technical teams for system integration, data migration, and interface validation Support migration of compliance workflows, incident management, risk assessments, and safety processes Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, validation, and reporting throughout migration activities Configure and support EHS processes, including compliance reporting and regulatory tracking Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional solutions Support unit testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production readiness activities Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials Ensure compliance with project standards, governance, and regulatory requirements Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of SAP functional experience, with strong expertise in SAP EHS Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA EHS Functional implementation or migration projects Strong understanding of Environmental, Health & Safety business processes Experience in data migration, validation, reconciliation, and reporting Good exposure to regulatory compliance standards such as: REACH OSHA ISO Standards Experience working with cross-functional SAP modules and integration teams Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
