Review the federal consolidated and state income tax compliance.

Interpret and define income tax consequences of corporate mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. Drive process efficiency and optimization around tax accounting policies and procedures. Requirements 7+ years of ASC‑740 and domestic income tax compliance.
