Business Analyst

Job Title: Clinical Business Analyst – Ambulatory Location: New Brunswick Duration: Contract We are seeking an experienced Clinical Business Analyst to support the standardization and implementation of a large-scale Clinical Information Solution (CIS) within a healthcare environment. The successful candidate will work closely with clinicians, subject matter experts, and project stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, facilitate workshops, develop clinical workflows, and support the design, build, validation, and testing of clinical content related to ambulatory care . Key Responsibilitie s:Gather, document, and validate business and system requirement s.Conduct gap analysis and business process analysis for ambulatory care workflow s.Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, and design review s.Develop use cases, workflow diagrams, process documentation, and functional specification s.Collaborate with clinical teams to standardize order sets, clinical documentation, and care workflow s.Support the build, validation, testing, and implementation of clinical content within CIS/EHR platform s.Work closely with project teams, SMEs, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure successful solution deliver y.Create and maintain project documentation, user guides, and training material s.

Required Qualificatio ns:Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related fie ld.5+ years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst, Clinical Informatics Analyst, or similar ro le.5+ years of experience working with healthcare information systems, EHR/CIS platforms, and ambulatory care operatio ns.Experience with requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution desi gn.Experience supporting CIS/EHR implementation projects in acute care environmen ts.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skil ls.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and JI RA. Preferred Qualificati ons:Experience with clinical documentation, CPOE, order sets, pharmacy, laboratory, or medical imaging workfl ows.Previous experience working within public healthcare organizati ons.Bilingual communication skills (English/French) are considered an as set.
