SAP S/4 EWM Functional Analyst

Job Title: SAP S/4 EWM Functional Analyst Location: Remote- Canada Duration: 12 months Contract Rate: CAD120-CAD130/hr Job Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 EWM Functional Analyst to support end-to-end implementation and enhancement of warehouse management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) within SAP S/4, along with hands-on experience in logistics processes, system configuration, and integration. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze logistics and warehouse management functional requirements within the SAP S/4 environment Provide best practice recommendations to optimize system usage and enhance business processes Configure and customize SAP EWM modules based on business needs, including warehouse structure, processes, and roles Write detailed functional specifications (WRICEF) to support development activities Perform unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT/UAT) cycles Support data migration, conversion, and integration efforts across SAP and third-party systems Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to ensure solution alignment Monitor and report workstream progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely project delivery Escalate critical risks and issues that may impact project timelines, quality, or scope Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4 EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Proven experience in end-to-end SAP S/4 implementation projects Expertise in Handling Unit Management (HUM), Batch Management, and Catch Weight processes Solid understanding of warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes Experience with system configuration, testing, and documentation (WRICEF) Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the Food & Beverage industry Knowledge of French language (nice-to-have, not mandatory) Exposure to integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) Experience in global or multi-site SAP deployments Key Competencies Strong stakeholder communication Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced project environment Proactive issue resolution and escalation
