Greetings from Satyam Venture Engineering Services SATVEN is hiring for Flow Simulation Specialist for Chennai location *********Immediate/Less notice profiles are preferred************** Please share your updated resume to [email protected] Job Description: Exp : 1-5 Yrs Tool : Tecnomatix Required Skill : Plant Simulation Exp Requirements Bachelors (Engineering) Degree in any domain His/Her main activities are: Ensure the monitoring of the planning, deliverables of the simulation projects, define and apply some action plan to reach the targets Create/Update based on the lay out, start model and input data provided by NA VPE teams, and based on Customer standards and best knowhow: The block models of the vehicle flows The simulation on specific processes portions The simulation on specific logistics flows Provide the technical documentation (Presentation, simulation model, Spreadsheets, video files,..) from the result of the flow simulations Handover the results, the models and simulation to the EE simulation team Summarize and report his/her activities to the NA VPE leads Technical Skills Strong knowledge of in-plant logistics and vehicle flow (2/3 years of experiences) Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent Knowledge about vehicle Shop production processes, main production and maintenance KPI’s Complete expertise on process and discrete event flow simulation (Dynamic include random failure) IT skills: Plant simulation software from Siemens (Mandatory), Automod (bonus), MS office, PowerPoint, Excel, AutoCAD, PowerBI
