About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, develop professional skills, and build a career in business development and lead generation.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting online research, identifying potential business opportunities, maintaining prospect databases, and supporting the sales team with high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should possess strong English reading and writing skills, basic computer proficiency, a good typing speed, and a positive attitude toward learning and growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct online research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
Generate and maintain a database of prospective clients using various online platforms and tools. Collect, verify, and update customer information accurately in Excel or CRM systems. Send emails and follow up with potential clients as per company requirements.
Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development teams for lead sharing and follow-ups. Maintain daily reports of leads generated and task progress. Perform data entry and internet research activities with a high level of accuracy.
Ensure professional communication and interaction with prospective clients. Meet assigned targets and perform effectively in a competitive environment. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline. Freshers are welcome to apply. Comfortable working in a target-driven and competitive environment.
Good understanding of English, including reading and writing skills. Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Good typing speed and internet browsing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills Basic understanding of lead generation, online research, or data mining. Strong attention to detail and data management capabilities. Ability to organize information and maintain accurate records.
