Executive-Research & Development

We are looking for a candidate in Research & Development based at Greater Noida. Role Purpose To support product innovation, renovation, and commercialization initiatives by developing high-quality, consumer-focused food products that meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing capabilities. The role is responsible for executing product development projects, supporting plant trials, ensuring product consistency, and driving continuous improvement through technical expertise and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Product Development & Commercialization Support end-to-end new product development from concept to commercial launch. Develop formulations, conduct laboratory and plant trials, and validate product performance. Assist in scaling up products from pilot stage to commercial production.

Product Quality & Continuous Improvement Evaluate existing products and identify opportunities for quality enhancement, cost optimization, and process improvement. Conduct product benchmarking against competitors and market leaders. Support resolution of product and process-related challenges during manufacturing.

Technical Documentation & Specifications Prepare and maintain specifications for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process controls, and finished products. Ensure implementation of technical standards across manufacturing sites and co-packers. Maintain development records, trial reports, and technical documentation.

Conduct internal sensory evaluation of products under development and support marketing to complete external research and recordkeeping of the same. Coordinate with external NABL lab for product analysis, Coordinate with Marketing for Artwork text matter development and support. Vendor Development & Manufacturing Support Evaluate new ingredients, suppliers, and alternate sources to support innovation and cost-saving initiatives.

Assist in co-packer qualification, line commissioning, and process validation activities. Work closely with Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product launches. Qualifications & Experience Education B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering.

Experience 2–5 years of experience in Food R&D, Product Development, or Commercialization. Experience in Snacks, Seasonings, Extruded Products, Spices, or Convenience Foods preferred. Exposure to plant trials and manufacturing environments desirable.
