Project Manager – Wastewater Treatment

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage wastewater treatment projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with environmental and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage wastewater treatment projects end-to-end Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when needed Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards Manage procurement and oversee installation/commissioning of treatment systems Conduct site visits and supervise on-site activities Handle client communication and provide regular project updates Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field 3–8 years of experience in wastewater treatment, STP/ETP projects, or related industry Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and technologies Proven experience in project management and execution Key Skills Project planning and execution Team coordination and leadership Budget and cost control Problem-solving and decision-making Knowledge of STP/ETP systems Good communication and reporting skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in handling government or industrial wastewater projects PMP certification or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory) Familiarity with relevant environmental regulations Work Environment Office and site-based role Frequent travel to project sites may be required
