This is a fully remote opportunity for recruiters who excel in sourcing and engaging technical talent and are comfortable working during U.S. business hour s.

The initial contract will be f or 2 mon ths, with the possibility of extension based on performance, business needs, and hiring outcom es. Key Responsibili tiesSource, identify, and engage qualified candidates for engineering and technical positi ons.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer supp ort.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring ne eds.Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referral channels to attract top tal ent.Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and client stakehold ers.Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within ATS and recruitment to ols.Provide regular pipeline updates and recruitment metrics to internal te ams.
