The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role involves designing and implementing HR policies, processes, and frameworks that support business goals and a positive workplace culture. The person in this position will advise leadership on workforce planning, compensation benchmarks, and organizational development initiatives.
Daily responsibilities include managing HR documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws, coordinating training and development, handling conflict resolution, and supporting employee engagement activities. The Senior Human Resources Manager will also mentor junior HR team members and collaborate cross-functionally with managers across marketing, technology, and operations. Qualifications Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
Proven experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals. Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices applicable to on-site teams in Kerala. Ability to design and manage learning, training, and leadership development programs for diverse teams.
Demonstrated skill in conflict resolution, coaching, feedback delivery, and change management. Strong analytical skills for HR metrics, reporting, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.
Proven experience in a senior HR role (or equivalent) within IT, digital marketing, or a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage. Ability to work on-site full-time in Kerala, with a proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach.
Salary Range: 8-14 LPA
