We are seeking a hands-on, service-oriented Operations Manager – Guest Services to oversee daily operations and lead a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent, long-term position. What You Will Do In this role, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and performance of guest-facing operations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and efficiency. Oversee daily operations related to guest readiness, service delivery, and overall experience Lead and support cross-functional teams across customer service, operations, and support services Ensure all assets and guest-facing environments are prepared and maintained to high standards Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and urgency Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership Manage scheduling, staffing, and team coordination, including logistics and movement of guests as needed Support budgeting, expense management, and achievement of operational targets Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards Who You Are 2+ years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related service-driven environment 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong operational and problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal business with variable hours Experience with budgeting, reporting, and performance management Fluent in English and German (French is an asset) Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required What You Will Receive Competitive compensation ($65K - $80K inclusive of bonus) Opportunity to lead a key function within a growing organization A collaborative and supportive leadership environment The opportunity to directly impact and enhance the customer experience This is an immediate opening, and interviews are taking place right away!
