Drive business growth with Innovasea as a Business Development Manager. Help protect aquatic ecosystems while focusing on hydropower utilities and conservation organizations across North America. Join Innovasea’s HydroAI team to take charge of the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing.
This role asks for strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to influence go-to-market strategies and ensure customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Own full sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure • Build relationships with hydropower utilities and conservation groups • Collaborate on product strategy with internal teams • Represent Innovasea at industry events and engage customers • Participate in daily stand-ups to advance initiatives Requirements: • Strong interpersonal and competitive drive • Passion for new business prospecting • Experience in hydropower or fish biology preferred • Ability to travel 30–40% across North America • Based in Halifax with a collaborative mindset Contribute to Innovasea’s mission while developing valuable customer relationships and driving meaningful impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
