Brandt is expanding and seeking a Field Service Operations Manager for the Atlantic region. Drive service department profitability while leading and mentoring service teams to support customer satisfaction. As a senior leader at Brandt, you will collaborate with Service Managers to establish objectives and strategies to improve sales and profitability.

This role involves enhancing technician efficiency, billing accuracy, and managing work in progress. You will develop and implement performance improvement plans while ensuring adherence to company policies.
