Position Summary We are seeking a highly accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in pre-opening luxury resorts, wellness retreats, MICE operations, destination events, and hospitality management .

The ideal candidate will lead the complete operational, commercial, and guest experience functions while driving profitability, occupancy, and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities Pre-Opening & Operational Leadership Lead the pre-opening and launch activities of the retreat. Develop SOPs, operational manuals, service standards, and departmental processes.

Coordinate with project, design, engineering, procurement, and ownership teams. Ensure readiness across Rooms, F&B, Spa, Wellness, Recreation, Security, Engineering, and Housekeeping. Drive statutory compliance, licensing, audits, and operational excellence.

Resort & Guest Experience Management Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the retreat. Deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences and wellness journeys. Monitor guest satisfaction, online reputation, and service recovery initiatives.

Ensure world-class standards across accommodation, wellness facilities, restaurants, and recreational spaces. MICE & Revenue Generation Develop and execute strategies to maximize: Corporate Retreats Conferences & Meetings Incentive Travel Programs Wellness Retreats Destination Weddings Social Events Residential Workshops Build strong relationships with corporates, event planners, travel partners, and wellness communities. Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, banquet revenues, and overall profitability.

Financial & Commercial Management Full P&L ownership. Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans. Monitor revenue performance, cost controls, and profitability metrics.

Identify new revenue streams and business growth opportunities. Team Building & Leadership Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams. Establish a guest-centric and performance-driven culture.

Lead department heads and ensure cross-functional collaboration. Drive employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives. Strategic Business Development Position Ridhira Retreat as a premier wellness and corporate retreat destination in South India.

Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, wellness brands, travel companies, luxury event planners, and destination wedding organizers. Support marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives to enhance market visibility. Candidate Profile Mandatory Requirements Graduate in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management. 12-20 years of hospitality experience.

Minimum 5 years as General Manager or Resort Manager. Proven experience in luxury resort operations and pre-opening projects . Strong track record in MICE business development and event revenues .

Experience managing large-format resorts with rooms, banquets, restaurants, wellness facilities, and recreation. Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
