The General Manager will also advise and make recommendations to clients on the requirements necessary to implement all offerings by PTAG into the client organizations across the various industry sections that PTAG serves. Responsible for providing advice, key insights, and recommendations to PTAG’s local team as well as corporate partners on the use of strategic project principles, methods, and tools to help them plan and implement service offering initiatives so that their projects will return sustainable results in the various industry sectors that PTAG ser ves.Provide expertise in the development, planning and execution phases of a PTAG project, including in the areas of multi-party agreements, selection of principles and methods, organizational structures, phased project activities, integrated work methods, and workflows to assist the Project Management Team in establishing success in their proj cts.Job Duties:Develop, establish, and directly execute operating policies and procedures to support overall company policies and objecti ves.Improve and implement the systems PTAG uses to deliver its products and servi ces.Support the CEO in executing PTAG’s expansion within the U.S. and bey ond.Manage PTAG’s Houston office’s day-to-day operations and the continued development and advancement of st aff.Ensure quality control of all company output as it pertains to the delivery of servi ces.Refine and enforce PTAG’s high standard for Client serv ice.Establish and monitor performance reporting systems (i.e. track performance against goals, ensure sales, resourcing, and project management, provide quality, timely reports, and regular updates to the CEO, e tc.)Regularly evaluate operating procedures and create centralized best practices to ensure uniform performance throughout the comp any.Hire, train, motivate, direct, coach, evaluate, and retain high perform ers.Take charge in high-priority crisis situations when necess ary.PTAG is growing and seeking project professionals who want to join a fast paced, innovative, and team-oriented company.
