One of our top banking clients is looking for an Intake Triage Manager in downtown Toronto. Job Title: Intake Triage Manager – Commercial Banking (Contract) Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite) Duration: 6 months (possible extension) Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Rate: $65–$70 Our client is seeking an Intake Triage Manager to join the Commercial Banking Project Management Office . This role will support the intake and prioritization of new business initiatives across Commercial Banking, helping establish and scale an integrated demand management function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager / Business Analyst / Demand Management professional who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, improving processes, and bringing structure to complex requests. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily intake of new initiatives and ensure requests meet quality standards Review, assess, and route requests to appropriate delivery teams Facilitate prioritization discussions based on business value, urgency, complexity, and dependencies Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and define scope Identify risks, dependencies, and readiness factors Maintain intake pipeline tracking, reporting, and governance documentation Improve intake processes, tools, and operating practices Required Experience: 4–7+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Intake Management, or Demand Management Experience supporting governance forums, prioritization, or cross-functional delivery teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to translate ambiguous requests into structured requirements Excellent organization, documentation, and process discipline Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerApps, Excel, reporting dashboards, or intake platforms Nice to Have: Banking / Financial Services experience Commercial Banking, Lending, or Treasury Payments exposure Agile and Waterfall delivery experience PMP, Scrum Master, or Business Analysis certification Interested candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply or reach out directly.
