The Details: Role: Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives Location: 100% Remote (PST hours preferred, but we offer flexibility!) Type: 6-Month Full-Time Contract (with strong potential for extension) Compensation: $35/hr - $45/hr (T4 contract only — no C2C available) What you bring to the table: 1–3 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or engineering operations. A solid background working within technology, software development, or engineering organizations.

Exceptional communication, coordination, and follow-through skills. Hands-on experience facilitating workshops and utilizing modern collaboration/AI tools (Miro, Mural, Lucid, etc.). A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
