Senior Occupational Therapist Manager

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team, providing expert assessment and intervention for a varied caseload. Work with clients with Autism and Learning Disabilities in social care or healthcare settings. Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and develop personalized support plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to promote independence, sensory integration, and social skills. Collaborate with team members, families, and carers to ensure holistic care. Participate in team meetings, monitor progress, and adjust plans accordingly. Deliver training and support to service users and staff. Stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy. Qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
