Salesforce Business Analyst Role

Drive business solutions as a Salesforce Business Analyst in our Deal Manager and Customer IQ teams. This role focuses on stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, and business process ownership. We are looking for two experienced Business Analysts with a strong Salesforce background to enhance our development processes.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business objectives and the required documentation in Confluence. Daily responsibilities include monitoring Teams channels, guiding intake processes, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout project stages. Key Responsibilities: • Document requirements accurately in Confluence and user stories • Collaborate with stakeholders for effective requirement gathering • Act as the primary point of contact during sprint execution • Conduct interviews and workshops to identify gaps • Participate in retrospectives to improve processes Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 4+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile environments • Strong facilitation and communication skills • Familiarity with Salesforce systems • Agile or Lean certifications preferred Contribute to business success through effective analysis and relationship management in this key role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
