Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hamilton, ON, for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist. The role involves managing payroll administration, ensuring accurate processing of payrolls, resolving payroll-related issues such as garnishments, and ensuring compliance with payroll taxes and regulations.

The specialist will oversee payroll services to support employees and ensure company policies are followed. Additional responsibilities may include optimizing payroll systems and supporting employee benefits administration. Qualifications Proficiency in Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Services Experience with handling Garnishments and managing payroll-related compliance Strong knowledge of Payroll Taxes and associated regulatory requirements Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in payroll operations Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment Experience with payroll systems and software is an asset Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred Familiarity with benefits administration and HR compliance tasks is advantageous
