Crossing Analyst (Damage Prevention / ROW Compliance) The Opportunity We’re looking for a Crossing Analyst to join a high-performing Damage Prevention team supporting critical pipeline infrastructure. This role offers a unique blend of land administration, compliance, and field coordination, working alongside technical and field subject matter experts to ensure safe, compliant third-party activity near company assets. What You’ll Do Conduct detailed research and analysis of land agreements, crossing records, and encroachment documentation to understand historical obligations and risks Support site assessments and encroachment evaluations alongside field and technical teams Assist in developing and implementing mitigation and remediation strategies Draft and coordinate third-party crossing and consent agreements, including legal review where required Work closely with field teams and external stakeholders to facilitate agreement execution and file closure What You Bring Post-secondary education in Land Administration, PLM, or related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of experience in land, ROW, or third-party crossing/encroachment management Strong understanding of land agreements and surface rights Working knowledge of pipeline infrastructure and facility crossings (utilities, roads, powerlines) Familiarity with Canadian energy regulators (CER, AER, BC OGC) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and land/data management systems such as SharePoint, LandWorks, TPC tools, and Power BI.
