Overview Job Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia (Hybrid/Onsite) Duration: Contract Mandatory Industry Experience Power Utilities experience is required. Experience supporting electric utilities, transmission organizations, system operators, energy market operators, or utility modernization programs. Strong understanding of utility operations, regulatory environments, and operational transformation initiatives.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale transformation and transition program in Halifax, NS. The successful candidate will lead organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and workforce transition activities supporting the implementation of a new operating model, processes, systems, governance structures, and operational responsibilities. Mandatory Requirement Candidates must have prior experience working within the Power Utilities industry .

Experience supporting electric utilities, Independent System Operators (ISO), Regional Transmission Organizations (RTO), energy market operators, or related utility transformation initiatives is required. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy, roadmap, and implementation plans Conduct stakeholder analysis and organizational impact assessments across business, operational, IT, OT, and regulatory functions Design and manage change management plans, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement activities, and adoption programs Lead organizational readiness assessments and monitor readiness throughout the transition lifecycle Support workforce transition planning, role alignment, organizational restructuring, and operational readiness activities Develop executive communications, leadership messaging, presentations, and change status reporting Coordinate training planning, training readiness, and user adoption activities in partnership with business and operational teams Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions and support governance forums, issue resolution, and escalation management Identify organizational adoption risks and develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and change challenges Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, stabilization, and hypercare activities Collaborate with program leadership, process owners, operational teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful transition outcomes Required Qualifications & Experience Extensive experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives for large-scale business and technology transformation programs Proven experience developing and executing enterprise-wide OCM strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication frameworks Strong expertise in Organizational Readiness Assessment Stakeholder Impact Analysis Change Communication User Adoption and Change Enablement Workforce Transition Planning Training Coordination and Readiness Experience working across business, operational, technology, and executive stakeholder groups Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to manage organizational resistance, alignment challenges, and adoption risks Excellent planning, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting ISO/RTO organizations, operational technology (OT) environments, or highly regulated industries Familiarity with operational control centers, grid operations, energy market operations, or mission-critical operational environment Experience supporting large-scale operational cutovers, business transitions, or workforce transformation programs Knowledge of operational governance, readiness frameworks, and transition management practice Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline Change Management certifications (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) are highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
