Location Boothbay Harbor, Maine, United States. Contract Full Time Role Description We are looking for a hands‑on hospitality operator to oversee the day to day management of a small hotel property. The ideal candidate is comfortable being actively involved in daily operations, supporting staff when needed, coordinating multiple areas of the property, solving problems quickly, and helping maintain smooth operations across all departments.

Best suited for someone adaptable, reliable, operationally strong, and comfortable working in a smaller team environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Breakfast/Food Service Actively support day‑to‑day operations and step in when needed to ensure smooth service delivery Coordinate multiple departments to maintain efficient workflow and guest satisfaction Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of hotel staff Develop and maintain operational procedures and service standards suited to a small property environment Manage budgets, operational costs, and basic financial performance Monitor key metrics such as occupancy, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency Ensure consistent quality of rooms, amenities, and guest experience Handle guest service issues and operational challenges in real time Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Supervise front desk operations, including check‑in/check‑out, reservations, and guest support Requirements Valid Mexican or Canadian passport. Native or advanced English.

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business administration or related field. Minimum 2‑3 years of progressive hotel management experience. Demonstrated experience overseeing multi‑department hotel operations.

Strong financial management and budgeting experience. Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and hospitality technology. Hands‑on leadership role in a real operational hotel environment International work experience in the United States. #J-18808-Ljbffr
