Job Details Salary: 48.50 hourly / 30 hours per week. Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time. Work must be completed at the physical location.

There is no option to work remotely. Qualifications College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.

Responsibilities Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities. Evaluate construction projects when modifying commercial, transportation or recreational facilities and real estate. Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.

Plan and organize construction projects. Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements.

Develop reports and proposals to illustrate perks from use of goods or services. Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.

Plan and manage the facility's operations budget. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment.
