facility operations manager Westfield Country Club Ltd. Overview Work location: Surrey, BC (On site). Salary: $45.00/hour, 30 to 40 hours per week.
Permanent, full-time employment with flexible hours, starting as soon as possible. Vacancy: 1. Responsibilities Evaluate the operations of facilities and the included real estate.
Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services.
Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff. Assist in preparing annual budgets.
Oversee the preparation of written material for website content. Qualifications Education: College/CEGEP. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in facility operations.
Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent written communication. Team player.
