This role supports a key integration initiative with a target milestone in early 2027. The focus is on documenting and aligning existing processes within a commercial lines environment rather than driving transformation. Opportunity We are looking for detail-oriented Business Process Analysts to work closely with stakeholders to capture and document current-state processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across business units.
Responsibilities Capture and document current-state business processes and workflows Develop clear and structured documentation including SOPs and playbooks Create "day-in-the-life" process documentation across functions Map end-to-end workflows and identify intake sources Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate discussions with commercial teams and business stakeholders Act as a liaison to ensure alignment between current and future operating models Drive clarity on how work flows across the organization Delivery & Governance Maintain detailed and accurate documentation standards Ensure consistency in process mapping and workflow documentation Support integration milestones through structured deliverables Qualifications – Must Have Strong experience with Visio (mandatory) Hands‑on experience with process mapping and SOP documentation Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills Highly organized with solid attention to detail Nice to Have Experience in financial services or insurance environments Exposure to vendor coordination or project environments Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green) certification Accessibility & Accommodation: We are committed to building an inclusive and accessible workplace.
