Responsibilities Manage the entire financing process, from the initial client contact to repayment.

Analyze financing applications and manage the complete structuring process: Collection of client information Analysis and validation of documentation Preliminary investigation and risk analysis Coordination of internal processes Pre‑ and post‑disbursement follow‑up Desired Profile Relevant training or experience in real estate, financing, mortgage brokerage, or banking. Positive understanding of the fundamentals of financing (essential). Rigorous, autonomous, and discreet.

Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel advanced, Outlook, OneNote). Knowledge of certain tools/applications: Land Registry, REQ, RDPRM, Demeter, Infolot, etc.

Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. Experience in project management or construction (considered an asset).
