The CPFR Analyst plays a critical role in driving collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment with your assigned customer and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal product availability, minimize unproductive inventory, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role also serves as a data expert and strategic contributor, integrating customer and Unilever data to generate actionable insights for supply chain efficiency and business growth. Strong communication, relationship‑building skills, and end‑to‑end supply‑chain knowledge are essential for success. What You’ll Do: Customer Collaboration & Forecasting Build and maintain strong relationships with your assigned customer to meet store service and on‑shelf availability targets.

Collaborate on forecasting, promotional planning, and inventory replenishment to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time. Provide insights and recommendations to support SOP processes for critical decisions on sales goals and production planning. Data Analysis & Insights Analyze customer and internal data to proactively identify risks, forecast demand, and improve inventory efficiency.

Develop and maintain dashboards and workflows using Power BI, and automation tools. Communicate trends and insights through compelling data storytelling to influence decisions and drive incremental sales. Supply Chain Optimization Support initiatives to reduce cost and improve inventory efficiency, including managing special packs and obsolete products.

Evaluate trade‑offs between time, cost, and service to meet both Unilever and customer needs. Participate in pilot programs and roll‑outs of new supply‑chain initiatives. Leadership & Team Development Foster a high‑performing culture focused on personal development.

Drive best practices across the CPFR community and act as a talent catalyst. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Power BI, Databricks, and automation tools. Deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes and demand forecasting.

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in leadership and team development.

Success Measures: Achieve product fill rate goals while delivering target return on inventory investment. Support sales growth through accurate forecasting and proactive risk management. Maintain high customer satisfaction and strengthen collaborative partnerships.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $71,000-$106,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
