Presales Analyst

Technical Presales Analyst Location: Kochi, Kerala (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Position Overview: We are looking for a Technical Presales Analyst with a strong technical and analytical background to support presales, proposal development, market research, and strategic outreach activities. The ideal candidate should have a Computer Science or IT background and an interest in technology consulting, public sector opportunities, and business growth initiatives. This is a full-time onsite role requiring collaboration during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities ● Support proposal development activities including RFP/RFI/RFQ analysis, documentation, and response coordination. ● Conduct market research on industry trends, technology opportunities, clients, competitors, and procurement data. ● Identify and track potential business opportunities from public and private sourcing platforms. ● Assist in preparing capability presentations, solution summaries, pitch decks, and presales documents. ● Perform basic technical and fit-gap analysis for client requirements. ● Support outreach and relationship-building activities with partners, vendors, and prospective clients. ● Maintain opportunity trackers, research repositories, and proposal documentation. ● Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams during presales activities. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. ● 2–5 years of experience in presales support, proposal coordination, market research, business analysis, or related roles. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills. ● Good understanding of software development, IT services, digital solutions, or technology consulting. ● Strong analytical, documentation, and research skills. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools. Preferred Skills ● Exposure to proposal writing or government/public sector opportunities. ● Familiarity with sourcing or procurement platforms is a plus. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. ● Comfortable working during US business hours/night shifts.
