Salesforce Specialist Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security settings.
Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and Lightning pages. Build and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics for business teams. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely user support.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements. Ensure high data quality standards through deduplication, data cleansing, and governance. Support release managementincluding sandbox strategy, testing, deployment.
Work with external vendors or development teams for larger technical projects. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end-users. Coordinate UAT and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications: 25 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin or Specialist. Expertise in Salesforce configurationFlows, validation rules, formulas, App Builder. Understanding of Salesforce data model and security.
Experience with Data Loader and data management. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
Preferred Skills Advanced Salesforce certifications. Experience in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Basic Apex/SOQL knowledge.
Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado.
