The role focuses on the design, development, and integration of avionics hardware systems, including power distribution, communication interfaces, and flight control electroni cs.Key Responsibilit iesDesign and develop avionics hardware systems for spacecraft and launch vehicl es.Work on schematic design, PCB layout, and hardware integration for avionics subsyste ms.Develop power systems, control units, and communication interfaces for aerospace applicatio ns.Collaborate with embedded software, GNC, and systems teams for hardware-software integrati on.Ensure compliance with aerospace-grade standards and environmental requiremen ts.Prepare and maintain hardware design documentation, schematics, and technical repor ts.Support component selection, reliability analysis, and system architecture desi gn.Required Ski llsStrong knowledge of circuit design, power electronics, and PCB layo ut.Experience with analog, digital, and mixed-signal electroni cs.Proficiency in hardware design tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD, Cadence, or equivalen t).Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, RS-422, MIL-STD-1553, SpaceWire, ARIN C).Understanding of radiation effects, EMI/EMC considerations, and aerospace reliability standar ds.Eligibil ityBachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics, Electrical, Aerospace, or related engineering fi eldPreferred Ski llsExperience with fault-tolerant avionics architectur es.Knowledge of aerospace power systems and redundant hardware desi gn.Familiarity with FPGA/ASIC hardware integration for avioni cs.Exposure to thermal and structural constraints in hardware desi gn.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional aerospace tea ms.
