Role Description The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, high-quality production.

This role bridges product design, production, quality, and suppliers, supporting both NPI (New Product Introduction) and mass production. Responsibilities Develop and document manufacturing processes, work instructions, SOPs, and routing Define assembly sequences, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and line layouts Optimize cycle time, takt time, manpower, and material flow Ensure smooth transition from prototype to volume production Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke Improve productivity through automation, fixtures, or process redesign
