Radio Frequency Planning Optimization Engineer

Job description: Experience:7-13 years Location:Chennai/Hyderabad Notice Period: 0-30 days Responsibility : • Responsible for wireless performance application engineering and Troubleshooting. • Drive Vendor software releases and partner with Vendors(Cisco, Nokia, Ericson, Samsung) & HQ and implement new feature additions. • Develop Decoder specifications by partnering with vendors. • Collaborate with various External and internal agile Teams and ensure timely feature delivery to meet the business commitment. Primary Skills: Solid Knowledge and hands-on Experience in End-to-End 4G and 5G Wireless technologies (RAN/Core) and Wireless RAN infrastructure Devices (Nokia, Ericsson, Samsung etc) Solid experience with wireless performance application engineering and Troubleshooting. Hands-on Experience in Network Integration/ Software releases and Field Deployments of RAN(eNodeB/gNodeB) and Core(MME,SGW,PGW,HSS,PCRF) Network Elements Hands-on experience in 4G/5G KPI Implementation & Analysis Experience in collaboration with Vendor partners and driving them as per business needs Hand on experience and sound knowledge/interpretation of performance and configuration Network Data Should have any coding or scripting experience Must have working experience in AI Tools .

Secondary Skills : Sound Knowledge in End-to-End OSS stack of Systems Knowledge on key wireless technologies such as Open RAN, 5G Core,MIoT and MEC, etc. Knowledge in 3GPP standards
