At NeoAistriq, we aren't spending 6 months scoping legacy MVPs or writing thousands of lines of boilerplate backend code. Instead, we function as a high-velocity product engine, building a hyper-agile Agentic Practice that deploys autonomous AI agents across global enterprise applications in days, not quarters.

We are looking for a hungry, early-career Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who lives and breathes the \"vibe-coding\" ethos to join our technical delivery team. In this role, you will leverage modern AI-assisted engineering tools alongside emerging open-source protocols like the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to orchestrate native platform brains (like Salesforce Agentforce and Microsoft Copilot Studio) and securely wire them into heavy enterprise apps like HubSpot and SAP. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day Orchestrate, Don’t Rebuild: Build lightweight, high-performance MCP servers to expose enterprise data and platform workflows to global AI agent frameworks.

Rapid Prototyping (\"Vibe-Coding\"): Utilize next-gen generative scaffolding engines (Cursor, v0, Claude Code) to build functional user interface facades and working context loops for rapid proof-of-concepts. Semantic Architecture: Draft pristine JSON Schemas and OpenAPI specifications so autonomous agents can discover, read, and trigger system actions without hallucinating. Platform Configuration: Wire up intent paths, system prompts, data guardrails, and action maps directly inside Agentforce Studio and Copilot Studio.

Two-in-the-Box Collaboration: Partner closely with Forward Business Operators and global product engineers to translate real-world business bottlenecks into working technical endpoints. Who You Are AI-Native Thinker: You treat AI code-generation assistants as a default extension of your own capability to maximize your engineering velocity. Integration Enthusiast: Your eyes light up when dealing with JSON, reading raw API responses, handling webhooks, and making two completely separate software systems talk to each other seamlessly.

Baseline Coding Literacy: Solid foundational command over TypeScript/Node.js or Python, standard HTTP transport layers (REST, SSE), and basic relational database concepts. Background: We care about what you can build, not your credentials. Whether you are a specialized bootcamp graduate, a junior backend engineer, or a support analyst with a portfolio of live personal tools—if you can execute fast, we want you.
