Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Audiovisual Account Manager to oversee client relationships and manage audiovisual projects from planning through execution. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge of audiovisual systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences while coordinating successful AV solutions for events.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Serve as the primary point of contact for clients at a large venue branch, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness Manage customer inquiries, project updates, and ongoing service requirements while coordinating with internal teams Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules Coordinate audiovisual equipment, staffing, logistics, and technical requirements Work closely with operations, warehouse, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution Prepare quotes, proposals, and project documentation Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project needs Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in high-pressure situations Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet company quality standards Maintain accurate records of client communications, project details, and billing information Qualifications Previous experience in audiovisual sales, project management, or account management Experience coordinating large-scale events or installations Understanding of audio, video, lighting, staging, and networking systems Strong customer relationship management and communication skills Excellent organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management software (experience with Flex is an asset) Ability to work flexible hours when required, including evenings and weekends Compensation $70,000-$85,000 CAD #J-18808-Ljbffr
