With multiple screens, an extensive menu, and an electric atmosphere, we`re the go-to spot for event goers, sports enthusiasts, and casual diners alike. Located next door to Canada Life Centre, you will be working in a fun fast fast-paced environment. And will be at the heart of the action.
From generating event-day excitement to daily operations, you'll ensure our guests have an unforgettable time. Your leadership will drive success, boost team morale, and keep the energy high. Responsibilities Staff Management: Hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
This includes performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Overseeing Daily Operations: Monitoring the kitchen and dining areas during service to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that arise.
Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock, placing orders, and working with suppliers to ensure the restaurant has the necessary ingredients and supplies without overstocking. Financial Management: Budgeting, controlling costs, setting menu prices, and tracking sales. This also involves managing expenses such as labor, food costs, and utilities to maintain profitability.
Customer Service: Ensuring every customer has a positive experience, addressing concerns, and ensuring staff deliver consistent, high-quality service. Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations: Ensuring the restaurant adheres to food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and employee safety regulations12. Market Research: Understanding the target market and competitors to make strategic decisions that improve the restaurants performance.
Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant or pub management. Passion for sports and a keen eye for creating memorable experiences. Ability to read and understand financial operating statements and reports.
