About This Role We couldn’t have created Canada’s biggest food delivery network without amazing restaurant partners. Our Restaurant Success team is responsible for welcoming partners into our community and ensuring we create long‑lasting relationships built on value and trust. The role involves not only driving sales but retaining partners by providing ongoing support and advice when needed.

Location: Ottawa – Remote or Toronto, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home. Reporting to: Regional Manager. Key Responsibilities Ensure we meet consumer demand by offering the right options for every occasion.

Deliver world‑class account management by providing strategic guidance to restaurants, helping them grow, supporting them through challenges, and ensuring they maximize the partnership. Build local strategic growth plans for a commercially successful territory and monitor its health. Identify local events and activation opportunities to drive consumer awareness and demand.

Qualifications Proven success with 2–3 years of experience managing client relationships in an Account Manager or equivalent role. Post‑secondary degree or equivalent experience (asset). Previous B2B experience (asset).

Strong drive to achieve ambitious targets and take ownership. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Exceptional communication skills and a keen interest in continuous learning.

Meticulous attention to detail and effective multitasking abilities. Genuine interest in the food and restaurant industry. Proficiency in negotiation, relationship building, sales, follow‑up, initiating action, and decision‑making.
