Lockheed Martin is seeking a Director for the NCSC Engineering Program. This pivotal role involves leading technical direction and ensuring the successful integration of systems design with quality standards. As the Engineering Program Director for the Installation Test Facility, you will be the key technical authority ensuring adherence to agreed processes and performance metrics.
You will manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance on design reviews, stakeholder interactions, and resource allocation for optimal performance.
