Cloud Engineer II for Site Reliability

At Kinaxis, we are seeking a Cloud Engineer II to support operational excellence and system stability for our SaaS offerings.

This role requires 2–4 years of experience in cloud environments, automation skills with tools like Terraform, and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash. Work alongside Product, Security, and Platform teams to maintain high service availability and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Support production systems to meet SLA targets • Automate processes using Terraform and CI/CD tools • Manage lifecycle of production and testing environments • Participate in on-call rotations for incident resolution • Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • 2–4 years supporting production systems in cloud environments • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD • Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or Azure • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Drive operational efficiency and reliability while working with cutting-edge cloud technologies at Kinaxis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
