Manager Continuous Improvement

We are currently hiring for a Manager, Continuous Improvement in the Environment, Health & Safety Department. This is a new role within Halifax Water. As a Manager, Continuous Improvement, you will: Operate with a high degree of professional autonomy.

Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and regular compliance. Advise senior leadership by analyzing complex issues and delivering clear recommendations. Implement standardized continuous improvement tools and methods across the organization.

Facilitate cross-functional alignment on complex or high-risk challenges. Build strong partnerships to advance continuous improvement and organizational resilience. To do this job, you need to have: A post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in continuous improvement, compliance, governance, or organizational effectiveness within a regulated, public-sector, or complex enterprise environment. Demonstrated experience establishing and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives. Proven experience supporting or advising senior leadership Leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset.
