Overview Type: Permanent Full-time Title: Branch Manager Location: 1725 St. James St, Unit 3, Winnipeg, MB R3H 1H3 Start Date: ASAP Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Hours/Week: 40 Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $80,000 Bonus: Potential bonus of $4,000 based on branch performance and company EBITDA ( $3,000 based on Branch performance and $1,000 based on company EBITDA ) Responsibilities Adaptability: Demonstrated capability to excel in a dynamic work setting, effectively managing various tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Operational Oversight: Daily monitoring of operational metrics to ensure consistency in customer order fulfillment, including order status, invoicing, shipping, and inventory levels.
Budget Management: Efficient handling of operational expenditures, covering expenses related to transportation, storage, and office management; identify opportunities for cost reduction within budget constraints. Team Leadership: Supervise team activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation; utilize performance metrics for continuous improvement and provide regular feedback through one-on-one meetings and annual reviews. Communication Hub: Facilitate daily team meetings to disseminate information on sales targets, promotions, performance results, and procedural updates; ensure alignment with standard operating procedures and training sessions as necessary.
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control measures to uphold product/service standards and minimize inventory discrepancies, waste, and losses. Logistics Management: Oversee all logistics operations, including inventory control, transportation logistics, and expenditure management; conduct regular audits and inventory checks. Stakeholder Relations: Foster positive relationships internally and externally to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with peers, customers, and suppliers to achieve organizational objectives and share best practices. Compliance: Ensure team members receive up-to-date training on equipment and safety protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Any other projects/duties as assigned.
Qualifications Diploma or degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field preferred Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to delegate and set clear expectations. Possess strong analytical abilities and financial insight Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Physical Conditions Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to work in an office and warehouse environment. Walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing.
