Business Intelligence Specialist

Role Summary We are looking for hands‑on, experienced Power BI Developers with strong end‑to‑end production reporting experience . The role requires deep expertise in Power Query (M), DAX, data modelling, and report UX/design , along with a solid understanding of Microsoft Fabric and its integration with Power BI . The successful candidate will not only build high‑quality reports but also promote best practices, document deliverables, and coach analysts/developers across the organisation.

Key Responsibilitie sDesign and deliver end‑to‑end Power BI report s from data preparation through to polished, production‑ready dashboards .Build clean, performant semantic model s using Power Query and best‑practice DAX .Apply strong data‑visualisation and UX principle s to create intuitive, visually consistent reports .Ensure performance optimisatio n and scalability of Power BI solutions .Work effectively with Microsoft Fabric component s (e.g., Lakehouse, Dataflows, semantic models) as data sources .Produce clear, concise documentatio n covering datasets, measures, models, and reports .Promote Power BI best practice s across modelling, DAX, and report design .Coach and upskill analysts and developer s, providing guidance and quality assurance .
